The service
FlatInk provides a local-first web animation editor, a publishing gallery, and optional accounts for signing in.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access secure. Let us know of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not publish unlawful, hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not spam, or misuse the gallery.
- Do not attempt to compromise, overload or circumvent the security of the service.
Content and ownership
You retain all rights to your creations. By publishing a piece to the gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to host and display it as part of the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you publish.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it, and we will endeavour to give notice of significant changes.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranty of any kind, and our liability shall not exceed what is strictly provided for by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
